Do I need a WIFI router to play?
My WIFI router barely works and it can't load most games so I connect my phone to my PC and play on mobile data. So my question is can I play it using a mobile hotspot or do I need a WIFI router?

well i believe it works if you have internet, whether or not you will get good connection to the servers i don't know

most likely you cannot play with friends without a wifi router but im not sure, for alone maybe its possible

Your mobile hotspot? That's gonna chug through your subscription innit? Probably should still work but gonna cost a lot I assume.

Nah I've got unlimited gigs and it costs under 20 euros. Also it does work for mobile data.

Gaming uses very little data. You can go for a while before you even use 1gb.
As someone who had better mobile data than wifi for many years, I've had to use it a lot.
