Our names are replaced with "Player #"

Me and my buddies downloaded a bigger lobby mod from thunderstore. After installing it, we went to the lobby and saw that all our Steam names have been replaced with "Player #". Any help? How can me see our Steam names again?

Mod issue.
Which mod in particular? BiggerLobby is known to be buggy.
MoreCompany is a more stable and reliable mod.

I got the same issue today after updating mods. I think it could be the LC API which got updated 2 hours ago. Have you updated to the latest version of LC API?

Seems like the latest version of LC API 3.0.1 causes a bug when leaving a planet and i am using MoreCompany.
When you pull the lever, the ship will ascend, then stuck and not getting back to the orbit. We found a way to get back to orbit by asking one of our friends to leave the game and the ship will go back to orbit.

ive had that before and i didnt have any server side modes

Happens with me and my friend group and we don't use mods. Rejoining the game seems to fix it.

Trying to fix this currently, getting no answers. Happens with thunderstore. Just trying to use the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skinwalker mod

I got rid of the Biggerlobby mod, and downloaded MoreCompany mod, that fixed the issue for me

y'all just revert back to old version of the LC API I dunno what exactly but mine got fix with 2.1.2 hope it helps.

Use MoreCompany, have no issues with that here.

100% the Mod that's causing this issue is the new version of LC API
I also install mods manually and not through the Thunderstore manager, so that could contribute to said issue.

same but i had no mods installed but it calls me player 1# still dont know if my version is messed up
