How do you find the masks?

is tragedy and comedy a map specific loot? or is it just rare? i played a few games and i couldnt find em

I've don't think I've found them on the "free" moons but I've had runs on Titan and Dine where 4-5 have shown up as random loot.

They are indeed only on the more difficult moons.

They are part of the paid moons only, which I believe are also the only moons where Masked can naturally spawn. There's quite a few pieces of loot that are map specific like that actually. Paintings and lamps for example never seem to spawn outside of the Tier 3 moons.

I can't find any information about Masked being able to spawn everywhere.

Masks are only found on paid moons.
Masked enemies can spawn on Rend & Titan.
This means they cannot show up on Dine unless someone wears a mask.

they can be found in Tier 2 Moon also, not just Tier 3.

I actually have found the mask on Assurance before. So I think they can spawn on the lower tier maps, but they are VERY rare.

Can confirm, saw comedy on Assurance very recently and was sufficiently spooked by it. Never saw the monster itself, but the mask sure was there.

I thought I wasn't crazy. Because I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one mask on one of the lower moons. But I'm still new, so I didn't think anything of it. Besides hoping none of my teammates put it on.

According to the wiki they can spawn on the three paid moons and very rarely on Assurance (0.71% chance). I distinctly remember finding at least one outside of the paid moons but I don't remember which one it was.
