doing computer stuff at the ship would still be preferable, using the tablet would make it harder. the only up side is you can at least carry a few more things which should be good for people who are down a player or 2.

This is already in the game. I saw EvilToaster using it on a stream the other day. I think it appears as a store item, simply called “tablet”. It was $70. It shows up randomly in the items you can buy. I don’t think it was a mod as I can’t find a mod claiming to provide it.
