Not excusing it I just think it is weird it is always that engine.
Nah, plenty of unity games have great optimisation. Unity gets a bad rap since the less optimised titles are more obviously made in Unity, the question of what engine a game's running on doesn't come up much if it's running smoothly. Don't forget that the engine has a big presence in the mobile game scene.
im not a fanboy just like indie devs like this. this person will do great things and im sure hes going to make a second game but ten times better next time and ill be there to support them. unless this turns out to be a cash grab then uninstall i shall just like the other 200+ games i have uninstalled ;)

also no ♥♥♥♥ those games are better optimized they have bigger teams and more exp dealing with that trash of a Engine.
