How to put an FPS Cap?
Does anybody know how to put an FPS Cap on the game as sometimes it is choppy due to frames being too high?

Yes. Games can glitch out or look like they're stuttering when looking at certain areas if your frames are too high since the frames can fluctuate or dip down.

This is from Skyrim:

Thanks I didn't see that before and didn't bother with looking at settings tab because there barely isn't anything in it back then.

Skyrim is a very specific exception, since it's physics engine is tied to it's framerate.

For the most part, more FPS is not going to have any negative effects.

That said, limiting your FPS to your monitors refresh rate is never a bad idea; as it'll keep your GPU from working hard for no reason.

Destiny 2 is also tied to the frame rate.

Also yeah my monitor is 144hz and LC is going way above that which makes it choppy when I look at certain areas.
