THE TRUE SYSTEM REQUIREMENT OF THIS GAME??

my laptop spec is this:
Processor AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 1.80 GHz
Installed RAM 8,00 GB (6,96 GB usable)

and this game is running poorly. i saw in the minimum req my laptop should run this game properly. is there anything i missed?

You're gonna need a better processor.

However, it's actually more demanding than it appears.

Would recommend you install the HDLethalCompany mod and modify the CFG to be lighter on the graphics. (Tip, the problem lies in the fog.)

Your issue comes from your processor being an APU. If you didn't know that means that the processor and the graphics card are on the same chip, Mostly because an APU needs less power than a traditional CPU so Its easier on the laptop in terms of power consumption

Integrated graphics aren't the best for gaming, especially at 1.6Ghz. I'd recommend changing your CPU priority in game to the highest (You can do this in task manager by going to the details of the application by right clicking it, then just change CPU priority) while also doing what the guy above said with the HDLethalCompany mod. Otherwise there's not much you can do unfortunately

Bro I just checked and your way under spec on that laptop. Theres no way you read the requirements and actually thought you were over the minimum. Minimum for CPU is 3Ghz and you have a little over half of that. On top of that you have a integrated graphics chip where the minimum is a GTX 1050. Compare the two on userbenchmark and you can see how under the requirements that laptop is in general.
