Would recommend you install the HDLethalCompany mod and modify the CFG to be lighter on the graphics. (Tip, the problem lies in the fog.)
Integrated graphics aren't the best for gaming, especially at 1.6Ghz. I'd recommend changing your CPU priority in game to the highest (You can do this in task manager by going to the details of the application by right clicking it, then just change CPU priority) while also doing what the guy above said with the HDLethalCompany mod. Otherwise there's not much you can do unfortunately
Bro I just checked and your way under spec on that laptop. Theres no way you read the requirements and actually thought you were over the minimum. Minimum for CPU is 3Ghz and you have a little over half of that. On top of that you have a integrated graphics chip where the minimum is a GTX 1050. Compare the two on userbenchmark and you can see how under the requirements that laptop is in general.
