Why cant you play on mac

I played on my Mac yesterday in Parallels, and just now I've installed Lethal Company with Whisky and it runs much better than Parallels.

Usually, Mac playerbases are so low its not even worth making it playable on Mac.

mac users make up around 4% of the total steam users, so most games don't find it beneficial to make it work on mac, it happened to CS2 where literally less than 1% of the total CSGO players used mac so they're discontinuing mac support

TL;DR Apple products suck, build a computer yourself, it's cheaper and works better.


I don't mean to sound rude, but stop using Apple or IMacs. they suck and aren't worth getting( minus the overpriced video/photo editing software). I tend to see macs as nothing more than $1200 dollar paperweights. if you can buy a macbook, you can build your own PC. if you don't wanna build it yourself. go to CYBERPOWERPC and you can select the parts and somebody in california will put it together and ship it to you. if you feel confident you can put one together go to newegg or pcpartpicker and get what you need.

Also plenty of youtube tutorials online to help with that process

i wanted to do this but it said my software was not compatible. is it because whiskey is too old?

Maybe if your OS didnt kill backwards compat completely more devs would wanna develop for that piece of garbage, why make something for mac when one day they might just kill 64 bit apps just because :)
