Underwater levels

When i saw the secret submarine at the company building, i thought it would be so cool if you can choose to enter a submarine instead of the ship, and you have to swim around in flooded facilities. It would be the exact same goal of getting scrap, but i think this would be terrifying. Because of this, you can also buy things like upgraded oxygen tanks so that you can stay submerged longer, but all around the facility there would be air pockets so that you don't just drown. Maybe you could even buy fins so that you can swim faster.

I mean the issue is that a lot of the time people really hate underwater levels in games. Its really notorious. It is actually rare for a game to take place underwater or have an underwater section that is received well. Underwater settings in games is just really hard to get right. Idk man....
