Push to talk doesn't work when I'm dead
I always use PTT for everything, and it works fine when I'm alive in game, but once I die my mic is always active/open, and the only way I can fix it is if I just disable my mic in the Sound settings while I'm dead as to not to bother people with my speakers since I use a shotgun mic and stereo speakers.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I think it's just a visual bug, I have PTT on and if I talk while I'm dead, the icon with appear, but no one can hear me and I still have to use PTT so anyone else dead can hear me. Otherwise the sexual sounds while I'm eating pizza is a bit awkward.
