Cant join peoples games

None of my friends will play this game and its pretty boring going solo... I have tried to join many online crews but always get an error, anyone else getting this?

it keeps saying im offline but i can see the list of servers that are open, new to the game so i might of missed something

There is as well possibility that those servers are made by a moded admin, in which case i think if you don't have the same mod you can't play on it

it's currently a bit iffy when randomly joining servers from the public server list. it's better off joining the official discord and look for a group there. it's an extra step but it's so worth it. i just finished a 5 1/2 hour run with absolute strangers from the server.

I think its just either they are modded or they fill up quickly which is why i always choose one of the 1/4 players i might get lucky with a lobby that is a 2/4 but that's about it.
