Annoying FPS drops

my fps are dropping from 144 to 70 or even lower every 5 seconds. Is there anything i can do to fix this ?
My PC is not bad and not overheating or anything. Im using a rtx 3070 and a ryzen 5600x.

Tried all resolutionoptions and with and without V-Sync

You should play 2-3 matches like this, it's mostly because of the shader compilation.
I had them too in the first three matches and then it was really smooth.

yea, i checked! thats true, biggerlobby mod was the issue
