Low FPS issues on rtx 4070

So my computer is not weak by any means:

AMD 5600 Ryzen
RTX 4070
32gb RAM

And yet im often seeing frames down to like 25fps, 1% lows down to like 3fps, (rare though)

Are there optimisations / mods or settings people are using to get better frames, cause this doesn't seem right?

I have similar specs and also have framerate drops to 25-35fps. I think it ryzen processors problem, bad compatibility or something like this. How much fps you have on average?

I have 3600 rtx 3060 TI and no problem with fps whatsoever.

Hm...May it depend on which windows do you use? Maybe game dosnt run right on windows 11?

I have a 4070 Intel 7 and get max 150 but average 100

I have a 3080 and running perfectly fine
Either you are lying about your specs which I'm sure you aren't but you might be, assuming you are NOT lying about your specs:

1. you likely have a gazillion background processes running eating up your PC resources
2. you could have a virus slowing your pc down

Not too many reasons why this game would run bad. it's very light

I have a 3060 and sometimes my frames go down to 140 instead of 165 :/ Sometimes it stutters too *shudder*
