Make it 5! By the looks of it there are many users that want this game ported to Mac.

If the developers would see my comment(I hope), Apple has released recently a really simple porting tool which you guys can use.

it works just fine with crossover, parallels and game porting kit.
i also got it running in Whisky, which is the newest WINE wrapper designed for M1/M2 chips, i guess it works on Intel-based Macs through WINE just fine as well although i can't verify that

it's highly unlikely it'll get a dedicated mac port because the small amount of steam users that have mac is 4% of the total amount of steam users (according to an article from september)

Did you ever stop to think that maybe only 1.19% of users are OSX because of things like this? Many popular games aren't even available for Mac users, so why would we be using Steam?
