Snare Flea

I've had a snare flea on my head twice while playing on my own but I didn't die. After a while it jumped off but I didn't go outside. Is it possible that if you stay still they don't kill you and eventually get off? Because that was what I did. I also tried standing under a light but the second time it got off me there was no light nearby.

It seems flea can't kill you from full life if you are playing solo.

The only way to get rid of one while alone in multiplayer is to grab back your shovel on the ground and bash it. That or manage find the exit without seeing anything
