A teamwipe only delete scrap from the ship, bought tools/decorations stored on ship as well as ship upgrades + outfits stays.

However, everything goes and start fresh again when you or your party get fired for not reaching the quota.

The only thing that is kept after getting fired is the bestiary and (likely) Sigurd's entries

I think the suits should be saved even if you get fired same could be applied do decorations in the ship
