Can Giants/Dogs climb ladders?

Just curious as I am thinking of Eclipsed titan strats. If they can't climb, you can bait them to main exit and everyone else leaves through fire door stairs

Dogs can't climb but I'd be wary of giants, they're so large they don't need to climb to grab you from the top.

I've seen them tele around the catwalks tho (eyeless dogs) giants I think avoid it, but dogs are the issue. and the sprint to the ship

No idea how it happens, but ive had a game where a giant was camping the fire exit door, like not even below, legit at the front of the door on titan

A giant often pulls himself up to the top of titan, not rare to die almost instantly when walking out the door to one.

Giants are absolutely capable of spawning at the top of Titan. I've seen one do their spawning animation where they rise out of the ground a little behind the fire exit and it had free reign of the whole top area and both exits but couldn't go down either stairs.

not sure on what map this was, but one time i came out of main entrance and looked down to the staircase and a dog was on there, i thought i was safe until he jumped at me and took me down with him
