No XP progression AT ALL

I keep seeing YouTube videos and streamers playing Lethal Company and at the end of every day on a moon, they get awarded XP and they progress in a Rank system.

My Lobbies don't have any of that at all. It's not that I am not getting enough or any XP. There is no such thing as ranks in my lobbies, no end of round screen where people get awarded XP, if it wasn't for me watching others play, I wouldn't even know Ranks existed.

I have tried to look up if anyone had that issue as well but couldn't find anything. Would be happy is someone could help!

your rank rises if you don't get fired. also i think modding disables that system.
you also have to survive, as dying and not contributing makes you lose XP.

why care about the rank? Isn't the idea to play a game and enjoy it? how does getting a meaningless rank do anything? does it make you magically not feel like your wasting your life away in a video game or is it just some weird flex?

I imagine at some point the devs will fix it, and perhaps make it a rank that's attached to you and not the lobby.

Joining different lobbies can do weird things to it. Sometimes getting fired resets it, sometimes it doesn't.

Very buggy for now.

It works for me, keep in mind you lose xp if you die and sometimes the rank wont show up on your uniform.

No the problem is that there is literally no indication that XP exists in the game. No end of game XP screen, no ranks, nothing.

Shouldn't you get exp if you successfully finsih the day and lose exp if you get wipe?

Hey! So I'm a Leader rank, once we are fired you kinda go back to Intern BUT - after one moon jump and back in space (1 day) your EXP usually goes back to what it was before you were fired. Not sure if its intentional and we keep our level exp but given everything else goes once its game over, keeping your level would be great. Double check next time you are fired and do a successful day.

Progression systems have ruined a generation of gamers
Anyway yeah I guess it's bugged, but I think you can lose it and I think I've heard it's (partly) tied to taking items into the ship?

The first two days i got ep after every moon. but now i dont. is it because i use mods or just bugged?

Not sure why you dont have it but uhm its definiatly in the game. I dont know why you arnt getting them.

Same problem here. when mods are used xp and performance screen is gone. vanilla = xp and performance screen active. But I dont know which mod causes the problem.

Edit: I fixed it for me by deleting my bigger lobby mod. Tried it several times now with restarts and new files and so on...its all fine now.
