I have 5 fps help

I have have bad fps like 5 fps base game and i have even downloaded mods to try to help with it and i have only seen a 2 fps boost when in the game, looking at task manager i see that not all of my CPU or Ram is fully being used i have ran better games at higher fps then this and i don't know what to do help

I noticed I had the same when I first booted and the resolution was set waaaaay beyond my monitor or setup. check that

where do i find my resolution in game?

AMD A10 6700 with intergrated graphics and DDR 3 ram but i have ran better games at higher Fps than this

Get a gpu dude. This is done by 1 person mostly, its most likely GPU heavy, you can get budget cards for $130-200. I run this maxed with the HD mode at 1080p at 60fps with a damn 1050ti.

Post all specs, use HWMmonitor

Better does not mean 'better graphics'.

Thats not how framerates are calcualted. You have a processor from 2013 with only a HD 8670D......

And thats a terrible gpu.
