Land mine defuse could be great
While weaponry is a rarity in Lethal Company, I have recently stumbled upon an amazing way to deal with pretty much every interior threat during a job: Mines.

If a thumper, Bracken, or any other creature of large and perilous size is giving chase, they usually will not be able to finish you off before a landmine goes off should you be near one. This has allowed me to reliably kill several high priority creatures without just abusing buggy AI.

This leads me to the idea that mines should be a problem for all creatures, especially monsters, and we should be able to defuse and pick them up.
Defused mines could be a great way to earn easy extra cash or be used as reliable defense against certain creatures. I think creatures should have basic pathfinding around it but a charging monster should disregard this because who thinks about mines when they're rushing a hapless employee.

I think mine defusal should be a tool that can be purchased and used in a slot, with a set time to defuse of say ~5-10 seconds.

Stunning monsters is fun and beating them up even more so, but there's nothing that really says you're taking control of a situation like a well placed landmine in the path of a raging thumper.
