friend group has this problem.
shouldn't have to have the mods on to join the lobby, it should be an in game toggle for the server settings. Either that or modded games should not show up at all for people who don't have modded games.

This discussion was meant to help people learn about modding the game and sharing the mods with friends, that was pretty much it. The game itself was not designed for controller support but it does indeed have some of it built in. The mods themselves however most likely do not have controller support. However, the only mods that I suppose would cause any issues with controllers are mods that require new keybinds. You can use Steam's controller configurations to try and fix that, but if that doesn't work then I'm sorry but I can't help you. Have a good day!
