Monsters camping the ship door
I have been having this issue where it feels as though closing the ship door is almost pointless. If an enemy is outside of the ship and is keen on getting in, especially the dogs. They just wait the entire duration of the door being closed and come in once it opens. There is no counter-play for the person inside, the only things I've found work are stun grenades and the inverse teleporter. Neither are really that great, I hope we could maybe get an item that deters monsters from the ship temporarily or if the door gets closed they leave and patrol nearby

Typically what I've found to be the issue with this is the sound you make into your microphone.

Even if you close the door, all the sounds inside the ship you make (walking around, record player, boom box, radio, talking, breathing, etc) still transmit outside and can be heard by the monsters. This usually keeps them coming after you and patrolling around you.

the monster that can get in is called eyeless dog and they can only hear so if you crouch and stop talking then you are safe. need to talk on radio? hit airlock button. hope this helps.

This is my only issue so far with the game. Monsters spawning either the ship door or the exit door and you just don't even get the chance to sneak around.

Everything else is 10/10 - This is just kinda the only complaint.

No I noticed it too, if you hear it maybe trying to get in and you close the door, they just freeze and camp the door until it opens, after it opens they will wander away until triggered again.

It's an odd AI behaviour, the dogs and giants do this (altho giants can't get in the ship so they're less a threat if you're already inside)
