Phone Number on the ship?

Tried googling this and nothing came up, but there's a notice on the ship and it reads as follows:

"Drone ship experiencing technical difficulties?
Call [121-768-7395] from your company-issued cell phone."

Nothing came up, and I'm also not US based so don't fancy placing an international call to a random number lol.
