Darkest Dungeon - doesn't have a quota and Corpo-opression, instead it has unknowable monsters and stress mechanics. You explore dungeon for money and materials to boost your town and heroes and delve deeper. It's more like being the executive of those poor sods you are sending in.
The Mortuary asistant - Embalm corpses while trying to find which one is possesed and by what.
Dredge - you're a fisherman in an archipelago with Lovecraftian themes. Upgrade your boat, don't die, don't go insane, discover the truth.
Shadows of Doubt - you are a Private Eye in Cyberpunk hellscape. Resolve procedurally generated cases.
Honestly LC is quite unique and there are very few games that can give you the same feeling. Some of my choices are from left field, but when I looked through my library those were few that sparked similar feeling in me. Honestly I don't know many good "crew" games where a team struggle with a task or vehicle.
Oh I just rememebered Outlast Trials. That might be one of the closest things you can get.
If you mention Tarkov, I suppose you already know the Stalker games, they're masterpieces of cosmic horror.
You won't find the exact same game twice, but I suggest you to look for something a bit different to find a new high peak amongst the best games. Really interested myself in trying Lethal Company and SCP : Secret Laboratory.

Almost everything is edible, monsters mimic the surroundings, and theres all sorts of bizarre power ups and items to utilize. Havent played ina while so there may be many more updates since. Similar art style, tone, and atmosphere for sure.
not actually similar, but maybe you'll like it, i dunno
