OVERTIME PAY
As any Good Employee, I am interested in how our pay is clocked. What counts as overtime?

I think overtime is based on how much scrap you give above quota. I don't know the formula, but last time I got overtime, we had given about 500-600 above quota and received 98 in overtime pay, so it should be around 15-20%
