I guess, however I feel like compared to the other clumsy items which are a lot cheaper, the zap gun should be a rewarding tool similar to the teleporter that can make a difference in loot runs and make it a bit better
1) it would undermine stun grenades entirely.
2) it would allow one player to stun, attack until the stun expires, stun again.
The current zap gun isn't very useful since it requires the buddy system to do basically anything useful, clunky to maintain a beam(majority of players can't), and only has a small handful of use cases. Stun grenades aren't much better either.
Yeah I do agree somewhat, I think stun grenades need a reworking as well to be more expensive but also more reliable. Due to the chaotic nature of the game, both the stun grenade and the zap should only work on half the monster roster and be inefficient against others to avoid the game losing the horror factor. Maybe it can work on the common monsters but be inefficient vs the Bracken or other special monsters(Girl, Jester, Statue, etc...)
