What does the "Loud Horn" do?

You can attract blind dogs with it to give friends a safer path, or use it to direct a lost friend to the ship before blind dogs begin to spawn. Generally it's pretty useless, though

its a loud horn, and thats about it, it can draw the sightless dogs I assume, and also help your crewmates find the ship if they get lost, or its foggy/stormy etc.

haven't tested it but from what i heard it seems like tree giants get scared when its used so if its indeed true could be usefull to help ppl trying to get back to the ship when giants are out

I've heard that player can hear it from inside the facility, so it may be a good way to alert for night, or tree giants showing up.
