4 slots in hand isnt enough

Considering you are basically required to take a flashlight and a walkie talkie that leaves you with 2 slots, if everyone takes an extra item like a shovel or stun gun you have only a single slot to carry things. It makes more sense to just not bring them and accept a death to a snare fly or something then to spend all those credits then be unable to carry anything.

only the "slow down" is the current base speed and your faster without it, you already slow down so much by just holding a shovel, the moment you pick up anything to take back youre nearly crawling

Honestly, you shouldn't be carrying a lot of scrap on you anyways as it slows you down so much. Fill your pockets, go to the door, dump it outside, go back in.
Even though I do agree some extra cash could be spent on perhaps a fifth slot and nothing more.

I've found it helps to only give one person a walkie-talkie and have that person relay the information to the rest of the crew, leaves everyone with 3 slots instead of 2. Sometimes i also give the shovel to whoever doesnt have a walkie talkie aswell, kind of like assigning roles to the crew

I don't know about adding more slots but a more expensive version of the walkie talkie that doesn't take up a hand slot (think, you know, an earpiece) would make a lot of sense, potentially the same with flashlights but that risks taking a lot of the decision making out of the inventory management part of the game.

4 slots is perfectly fine. work as a team with your crew. 1 flashlight and 1 walkie-talkie per team meaning 6 slots are free for a Duo team or if you're doing a Trio team then that leaves 10 slots perfectly free and open for for loot.

Legit, i dont even buy flashlights and radios. I just leroy jenkins it and have a blast. The 4 inventory slots just add more difficulty to the game which is part of the enjoyability. Just need better planning my guy.

Toolbelt or backpack would be cool, make it equippable so the person who has it can carry the most loot but they're also the most vulnerable
