Utawarerumono had a good amount of sell since the 1st game, on the other hand Zan was supposed to be a Muso but was only 10h/15h to 100% and barely sale because of this.
It's basically a heavily sped up dynasty warriors style game with not much value to it.
Utawarerumono is one of the few VNs I really enjoyed and I can safely say I try my best to pretend ZAN does not exist.
ZAN 2 was a bit better as a game but honestly still not worth even as a fan of the series.
Both games are essentially the same story but rushed. No real reason to play them VS playing the original.
No reason to play them for gameplay because it's still worse than a lot of dynasty warrior style games.
Monochrome mobius on the other hand is something I am certainly looking forward to as it's at least adding something new and might be actually interesting(or not, I am not hoping for too much).
