In most 18+ VNs the H-scenes are just tacked onto a route (often with poor and inconsistent character writing) to have porn in the game, but some VNs have actual plot-relevant events or conversations, or at least conversations/interactions that build the characters in the H-scenes. Would I be missing anything (other than porn) if I played Tamayura Mirai without the 18+ patch?...
