And yet, so many things react to using the pulse, parts of the environment that have nothing to do with any puzzle will start to swing like a strong breeze has gone by, or glow, or stop glowing, or something, to the point where the significant is buried within the irrelevant.
The game doesn't give you enough context.
Edit: Ahaha, now I understand the fishing one, the solution was right there all along, lol. And I got the enemies in the trees, too. It took me a while to realize there was one above me in the first tree.
Yeah, one thing I did find a little frustrating is the number of environmental objects that react to the pulse, but don't actually do anything. I agree there often isn't enough in the way of context.
How do you equip it? (Xbox controller)
I'm 9hrs in and didn't know this, lol.
Should be left on the control pad.
What was surprise for me that all hay can be destroyed. And wouldn't ever know that if there wasn't one with butterflies I couldn't get into.
But the game is pretty cute in this exploration aspect. Very few interactable things. Not many tools to try. And the solution to everything is (and has to be) pretty close.
