For those asking about the gay
"Is this game gay?"

yes

"okay but how gay? Is it just gonna string me along with some mild flirting only to have forced het romance?"

No, the characters are definitively gay, they go on dates, they make out, they say they love each other etc. There is no plausible deniability. You are not being baited

"Is it horny?"

No, the game has very small amounts of fanservice that you wouldnt notice unless you were actively looking for it. (panty shots, a slightly risque camera angle, and some optional swimsuit dlc. But the fanservice is never the focus and its never shoved into your face if thats not your sort of thing

"The characters are kinda young looking. Are the age gaps something i should be concerned about?"

The characters exact age numbers aren't specified, but the game straight up tells you that theyre the same age. none of that weird stuff youd see in cardcaptor sakura

now if youre buying the game for the gay you wont be disappointed

Spoilers theres also some very light trans (maybe)

But also

The ending is unfortunately,
a lesbian tragedy. Well tragedy isnt exactly correct just very bittersweet

to make this more clear to anyone else looking for this kind of game, id recommend using the user created tags feature and adding LGBTQ+ to the list. If enough people add it itll be placed right on the store page so people dont have to ask this question. Thank you for your time and enjoy samurai maiden

This will hide the game from my account, and I will no longer see it.
I excluded the following tags: Sports, eSports, MOBA, Gore, LGBTQ+.

This is not an LGBTQ+ game, don't suggest people to do dishonest acts like putting a wrong tag.

The correct tag is: Yuri

Tag are player made, you should not remove the LGBT ♥♥♥♥♥♥ tag as they put it everywhere, i saw a fiew small VN that were tagged with this but didn't have any of their propaguanda.
It's even the oposite you should always report these tag as they are nonsense.

I know, they put those tags everywhere... in fact they put them on the Night of Azure series as well, which disappeared from the store because of that tag...
And reporting tags don't work for this specifig tag, I WONDER WHY.
I mean, if you report that tag, they will never remove that tag.

Steam should fix this abomination. This feature does not work as intended.

Yeah usermade tag are as intelligent as the "award" things that promote pseudo-troll kid. But reporting tag alert the dev not Steam, then the dev have to ask Steam for it.
I've seen quite a few game that removed this tag, since it's political and they didn't want to be linked to them.

"Female Protagonist" + "LGBTQ+" = basically the yuri tag, I even created a dynamic collection in my library with these 2 tags and it now automatically identifies any new yuri games I buy.

Unfortunally does not work as intended.
Yuri tag is more specific for japanese games like this and VNs.

yes Yuri, screw lgbtqhagdkghlrtyhnsmvnbt+123

Though this is the typical Light Yuri you see in these and not the big Yuri, and pretty sure without playing, Make Out is far to extreme of wording for anything they do.

The problem is that if you blocks the LGBTQ+ tag because you don't want to see certain games in the store, automatically block this game as well.

LGBTQ+ games on Steam include Furry games also, there is not a specific tag for furries.
Furry lovers is a Gender, still not officially included in their policy, but they are working on it, the problem is mainly legal I suppose, because it falls under Zoophilia.
There are also people who identify themselves as Furry, so it really has so many aspects, they are definitely Genders.

Not all people accept viewing of all genders. (Instead, the left-wing want to force)
I honestly don't like some genders, no offense to them, with all due respect, but I want to keep them away from me, like the Furries. I don't want to see games like that in the Store. Unfortunately all furry games make use of the LGBTQ+ tag officially.

Ok, I think the problem here is you don't know what the word "gender" means. "Furry" isn't a gender. In some cases, but not all, it is a fetish, and that's what you don't want to see. Furry games with sexual elements often get tagged as LGBTQ+ simply because they often have non-straight romance elements, but there are plenty of games with furry characters, like Fuga: Melodies of Steel, Tunic, or OneShot that you may notice do not get tagged as LGBTQ+ because they do not have any sexual elements.

It might be true what you say, and anyway I have no way to block furry games overall, while blocking the LGBTQ+ tag furry games never appears to me.
I suppose furry games without LGBTQ+ elements are so few that it is difficult for them to appear in searches.

The problem remains, the LGBTQ+ tag includes a ton of games I would never want to see.
Is there a way to block LGBTQ+ without the L? I am only interested in the Yuri in particular way.
I think in no way will I decide to unlock that tag, Steam should improve its tag system.

So far there is only the "Tags to exclude" option... And no way to select Lesbian/Yuri only games, there is no tag for them.

That's a bigger issue of steam not having a dedicated lesbian tag but given your stance on some things id wager thats not why you have the lgbtq tag blocked

That's right, I'm honest, I confide to you that I'm not inclusive, and having one tag that includes everything makes me unconfortable.
I genuinely want something that filters out everything that is not L.
I accept straight games also, but there is no tag for that, it would be funny if there was lol
