By the swingset across from the board game
By the tree next to the swingset
In the pot with the dewdrop next to the side building
In the side building in a furniture near the door, interact with it twice
In the side building in a bookcase, interact with it twice

Uhmm I can only find two (the ones in the left side building)
I did all I could the other beads are nowhere to be found

You couldn't find any of the ones outside? Well they function differently than the ones inside. The ones inside you need to interact with objects but the ones outside trigger when you walk up to the object. That is if I remember right. You tried walking up to the board game? The swingset? See if you can interact with those?

EDIT: Walking up to this spot should trigger one.
