what is the best combine manuals and technique for fist

People's Palm (main) + Peerless Blade

People's Palm offers +74 to fist, blade and other techniques. But after combining with another legendary skill, it goes up to + 110. Peerless Blade could go up to 250% damage based on the point in your Blade skill.

Out of the nine slots, you may want to have eight fitted with the above combination. The damage is so high to the point that un-modded game will never reached it's full potential.

How do you fit the slots with the move that you want? I don't seem to be able to find any way to drag the move into the slot.

You need to have a character who knows both moves at max level. then when on the screen where you combine moves with the character who knows them selected, the 2 moves should be over on the side in a similar way to how it looks when interacting with a stele when uploading a move to one.

Sorry, allow me to rephrase my question so it can be better understood. There are slots at the bottom of the screen during battles. How did you manage to fit eight slots with the same move? I don't know how to do that and my slots are all different moves.

You cannot drag and drop the moves. What titanopteryx said is correct, you need to have a character who knows both moves at max level. After that, combine the two moves in the Stele of your Homestead.

Using People's Palm + Peerless Blade as an example:
1. Learn People's Palm (Level 10 max)
2. Learn Peerless Blade (Level 10 max)
3. Max out the Stele (Level 5) in Homestead
4. Go to Homestead -> Stele (Click the structure in the middle with a red circle)
5. People's Palm (main) + Peerless Blade (combine in the Stele)
6. Name it whatever you like (For example, Fist 1)
7. Repeat Step 1 again until you have multiple of the same moves (but you don't get to rearrange the moves)

how do you unlock the custom martial arts? i have no dlc btw. cant find the sitting place in lvl 5 stele area like other mentioned.
