Is that the one where they're causing trouble in the 3 areas? I resolved out of those...am I too late to change sects now?
oof... I guess I get all martial arts and end with my favorite sect huh... Kinda painful for me since I wanted to end on a perfect note. Haiz
Is there quite possibly a chance that after I complete all other sects, only then entering the nameless village could I complete all sects then end with old man sect?
Not entire sure about V1.2, but I would suspect there is no way to legitimately do that.
Unless with a lousy exploit/cheat:
1) Right before quitting from Old Man Sect, save and quit the game.
2) Back up SaveObjectStory.Save from the exact same save file. Which can be located here: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\Wulin\Steam Number
3) Go back into the game, quit Old Man Sect.
4) Join all the sects you want and make sure you are sect-less before doing the next step.
5) Copy the old SaveObjectStory.Save from your back up to the exact same save file.
Warning: You get to retain all the XP, skills, items, money between Step 2 and 5, but all quests completed within this period are voided. Meaning, the game treats it as if you never leave the Old Man Sect. I am not entirely sure if you will be able to retain the traits obtained, but it should be saved in a separate file. Any NPC companions who joined you within this period will still stay in your party/homestead, but you will need to redo their quests.
Except for one. One sect if you leave either has you kill the leader or you get killed and a game over. Shouldn't be to hard to figure out which one is going to not want anyone powerful enough to challenge them down the line though.
You only get that fight if you miss the signs and try to leave while you are alone with him. That character in question is very particular about his public image so he won't fight you if other people are around.
