I'm trying to find the daughter of the ye family as I wanna do her quests but I can't find her anywhere I've checked like all the cities thoroughly in all the places I've seen she's supposed to be but she's not there. I heard something about her being in the nameless city but I don't see her there either. What do I need to do to get her to show up?

I don't know if it's relevant but i think the interaction in nameless city with her start in the Inn where she she doesn't have enough money then you are given the option to help her or not and next is in cross hill where you fight bandits with her.

Chuxiang City: Win her challenge after winning Chuxiang Hero Meeting tournament

• Get Rumor from the Inn at Fame 3,
  
• Go to Dojo (Do their tournament if started), sigh up by talking to the Dojo master,
  
• Go to to the Government Building, ask Prefect to join. Win
  
• Leave through the front door. Ye Yinping will appear at the entrance to the street

Lin'an City: Bridge by Ruined Shrine zone, Fight thieves with her
Daliang City: Go to government building, Choose to have them Race, Li is the culprit

If you haven't seen her for the first time, the nameless village in is where you generally first encounter her, where you pay for her meal(idk if this first meeting is required). You can also find her at cross hill.

Hmm okay. Might be impossible then considering the innkeeper now always stays in my village I got earlier even when I select to have her go back to the inn. And I can't find cross hill. I'll find it eventually though lol

Talk to the dude that stands in front of the inn in nameless village enough and he’ll tell you about cross hill.

This is RNG, you just have to keep trying. Alternatively, you can faintly see a crossroad on the Nameless Region map. Exit the Nameless Village, and walk towards the crossroad North West. Once you get near enough, the crossroad location will be revealed. Not sure if low level map exploration skill will prevent this from happening.
