What are other permanent buff you can get outside of character creation? The only ones i know are the money traits, heart of benevolent and bleed immunity

Weapon mastery at 200 in a weapon I believe. Top Achiever, Jianghu Conquerer, and master once completing the routes.

Every faction has a trait you can unlock by joining them and completing their events. Interacting with the stone slab by the red boar in that forest at the beginning when you have only 1 int will give you an ultimate. Marrying 15 waifus at once will give you a trait.

7 waifus also gives you a trait.

God of gambling is unlocked after 20 casino dealer cleanouts.

Path of Loyality for clearing Yan Yun army.

Death Master - for clearing Old Man sect route. Pretty much exclusive with the all other sect traits, as you can't leave Old Man sect at that point.

Shifa temple gives you a 'body of golden arhat' for clearing the formation while being Bald Monk. Enlightened monk sub-ending requires you to be shaved as well. Doesn't stack with 'reincarnated monk' which you can pick up as a starting trait unlocked by the same achievement, which also give you 5 extra int.

Way of nature - from taoist sect sub-ending.

Unity of knowledge and action - confucious sub-ending.

Bearing hopes from bringing Liu Shiba to Kong Yidao and letting him lose.

You can also unlock a trait for each minor sect - and keep them if you complete their full questline before leaving.
