Do you guys think it will drop under 10 bucks at some stage? Done all the Fictional games and did Soma about 7 times on both Console and PC together. But kinda don't wanna pay 15 bucks for this if it might drop down soon..

Best chance you'll get is this year's Halloween and/or holiday sale.
I've only seen it drop to around 15 euros so far.

I've bought all their stuff full price so far, and even bought it Soma Amnesia on Console AND on steam to support them. But I just have tight funds now so, I'd rather not get this one full price
