My save file is gone

Last night I was bored, so I downloaded a bunch of silly mods and started a modified Shell Shock run. I saved using the lantern, as always, and I had turned off the requirement to use fuel to light the lantern in the settings.

Today I booted up the game again, selected all the add-ons, launched the game, and my save is gone. The "Load game" and "Continue" options are grayed out, and it seems like my save isn't even in the save folder (which was really hard to find, btw)

So how do you save a modded game?

EDIT: Turns out I was wrong, I checked the wrong folder. The save IS there, in the "MainWithAddons" folder. But it's still not there when I launch the game.

The only thing i can think of is that you did not turn on all of the add-ons you used initially to save. Even missing one or adding one wont bring up your save file
