(SOLVED) Game Breaking Crash, at the very end of the game...

I blew up the dynamite and then jumped down the hole and got to the final area, I assume. I encounter the monster on the bridges, couldn't figure out what to do and died. The game reloads right when I've blown up the dynamite, I jump back down again, but now it crashes in the tunnel leading to the final area. Now it crashes every single time I go there and I can't progress.

I've tried:

• Different save files
  
• Verifying game files
  
• Reinstalling the game
  
• Restarting the computer
  
• Installing the game on the Steam Deck

Nothing works, my entire playthrough seems to be corrupted... Was enjoying the game so much up until this point too...

*SOLVED*
I had to activate Debug Mode and with it activate God Mode before getting to the point when the game loads the last section of the game.

1. Go to: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents\My Games\Amnesia The Bunker\Main
2. Find the User Settings file: <YourSteamUserName>_<BunchOfNumbers>_user_settings.cfg
3. Search for the text "DebugMode"
4. Change the text from DebugMode="false" to DebugMode="true"
5. Start the game
6. Press F1 to open the Debug Menu, it looks like an old Windows 98 window.
7. Under the section "Game & Script" there is a button called "God Mode"
8. Make sure that the "God Mode"-button is on before you go to the area that is crashing.
9. Go across the area that is crashing and hope for the best.

That solved my issues. I removed God Mode after I crossed the area that was crashing, don't know exactly what that mode does but God Mode is usually a mode where you are invulnerable and that just feels wrong having it on, especially in a horror game.

It didn't break achievements for me, I got the achievements for clearing the game if you're wondering.

Crazy I had to do all of this nonsense just to finish this game...

this is some wild 1 in a million glitch i have never seen or heard of this, and iv beaten the game like 6 times

Yeah, it's really weird. While I was looking online I saw a thread on Reddit where some theorized that it might happen if you're hoarding a lot of items. Don't know if it's true, but I
did have a lot of stuff lying around in the admin room, so it might be.

Late to the discussion here but I just came across this bug towards the end of the game after blowing up the TNT and entering the tunnel. After falling to my doom in the last section, when I reloaded, my game crashed consistently when loading into that area of the map. After placing items from the floor in the Administration room, into the storage box. I can confirm It fix the crashed!
