Bug with Right Mouse Button

Even if you remap it in the keybinds setup, it still is used for Ready Equipped Item for several items like fuel, grenades, and the watch.

Same issue for me. Looks like there are a few keys that Frictional omitted from the keymapping page ingame.

This worked for me:
1: Go to the "Amnesia The Bunker" folder in steamapps, you can get there in the Steam Library by "right click game -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse...
2: or if you got the folder already open, navigate to "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Amnesia The Bunker\Amnesia The Bunker\Main"
3: Here, you'll find a few .cfg files with your Steam name. Open up the one ending in "_user_keys.cfg" in NotePad
4: Find the line that starts with <UseItem Primary="MouseButton.RightMouse" Secondary="" />

Replace the line in quotations to "Keyboard.(anykeyhere)". For example, mine is now:
<UseItem Primary="Keyboard.Space" Secondary="" />
