Even the demo alone got me around 1 hour of playtime and I didn't even fully explore that one.
These non-commentary videos are usually rather short and NEVER reflect the actual gametime for a first playthrough.
Take SOMA; for example. The first playthrough should take around 8-10 hours. Non-commentary videos for that game are as short as 5 hours.
Or look at Amnesia: The Dark Descent. The first playthrough should take around 8 hours. Non-commentary videos for that game are as short as 3 hours.
These videos are never accurate for an actual, blind first playthrough. I'd say wait until more people have played it and have a look at https://howlongtobeat.com, this site tends to be pretty accurate.
In this light, 4-6 hours for Amnesia: The Bunker is a too much, actually. If only the roman ruins were actually explorable, alas no.
