If the story is decent and the pacing is good, it will be worth it. All Resident Evil games become a sub 3 hour trip after your first completion, yet we still love those.
The Demo already took me around one hours to complete and I missed a good amount of stuff in that. I am not worried at all by this.

When I first played TDD I took my time playing it, exploring every nook and cranny and it took like five hours, I could have completed it in one sitting easily.
The first Amnesia definitely isn't two hours shorter than SOMA.
it's based on 3.6k submissions
So what? The only thing that matters for a player is the time it took for them to beat the game, not some number on the net.
The OP whining about the length after watching streamers, which is pointless. Maybe his playthrough will take ten hours, you can't know it until you've played it.
right, which would make the average length to beat across 10 and 3 is 6.5 hours
glad we got that sorted out
