Immersive sim can't burn down doors.

The game says experiment and try things. I douse a wooden door with gasoline to burn it down but nothing happens. I try throwing a petrol bomb but nothing happens. Only large rocks and explosions do the trick. Shame.

Taking the whole Experiment a bit too serious, the game obviously has a certain way, and yeah, I can see why it's a shame, but it's not meaning experiment in ways that wouldn't work.

At a certain point in the game gasoline becomes a non-issue .

I'm obviously not going to overreact and say the game is bad, but it does seem like a weird oversight, since it's such an obvious thing to try.

I think the problem was the devs calling it a sandbox. There is experimentation, but sandbox might be going a bit too far.

I do think it's at least a sandbox *relatively* compared to most of the Survival Horror games out there.

Can confirm, I used a fuel tank, a bottle and a flare to dispatch of some rats and the body they were snacking on.
