Infinite ammo glitch.

Make sure you've got ammo (preferably a full cylinder) in your revolver, put on your mask, shoot a few rounds, take off the mask, shoot some more. Repeatedly put on and take off the mask while shooting and you'll never run out, nor will Henri dump the expended bullets.

I am not able to duplicate this behavior after trying multiple ways. Adding or removing the mask doesn't seem to impact how it handles bullets, and I run out as normal whether the mask is on, off, or goes on and off.

Just tested and it still works fine, just make sure not to completely expend all of your shots before equipping or removing the mask. It could be that my save is from the first version or something like that, but as far as I'm concerned it's still in the game. I'll do another test whenever I can if you can't replicate it.

By the by, the glitch also applies to the shotgun.

2024 me now, this glitch still works on current patch. Decided to go to Frictional's site and report it there.
