The menu audio is fine, but it cuts as soon as I enter a save. No luck finding an actual fix so far, audio cuts are a pretty pressing issue.

Escape the Backrooms automatically uses the default output device for audio and there's no way to select it in the game menus. It's possible that your headset or speakers or whatever you're using isn't actually selected as the default output device in Windows which is why this is happening.

Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound - and make sure the audio device you actually want to use is the default.

If this doesn't work then you can always just try reinstalling the game.
