Possible Save Issue/Bug for Level 188 (2nd Visit)

My friends and I are having an issue on Level 188 (the one where you have to move the TVs to their proper spots to get access to the next level) as TV A will not spawn no matter what we try. We always are put on Floor 1 or 3 whenever we use the elevator as well as found both TV B and C in a room and in the middle hallway next to the dinner tables. We have looked through each single room, bathroom, hallway, and even tried to rely on crouching through the elevator to fall through to Floor 2 (which did not end so well), as we are 100% sure that even with us roaming the entire floor while mashing F to find it, there is no TV A even if we attempt to restart the level normally or do previous levels back up to Level 188 again. If there are any suggestions on what we could do, please feel free to share as this is genuinely tied for the best $10 I have personally spent and definitely want to keep playing with my friends if possible. If not, I hope this bug gets fixed in a future hot-fix/patch please!
