Mic not working

I went through every possible setting, Steam, Windows, etc., and everything is set to how it should be. My Mic works fine in Discord, but this game will not allow me to talk what so ever inside the game.

The Mic icon appears but nobody can hear me. After changing a few settings the Mic icon on the top left wont even appear anymore.

There are zero microphone settings inside the game which pisses me off.

Tech Support here;
Windows 10/11 Users -
Right Click Sound Options on Taskbar
Click Open Sound Settings
Scroll to bottom
Click App Volume and Device Preferences
Select your appropriate input/output
Test.
If it doesn't work, swap to another option. If you run out of all options I have no clue what's wrong with ya stuff but maybe update hardware or drivers.

Game doesn't like higher-end quality mics. If it says "Studio Quality" it probably won't work! Sucks cause now I sound like a potato even though I use a *crisp* mic!

after the new update I've been having this problem and the previous suggestions haven't worked any ideas
