Every game I play since Major Update 2 I find 2 muskets, 2 guns (4 x 10-12 = 40-50 billets), 2 knives, 2 bottles. There are lots of chests beach, small islands, upper beach, mangrove, shipwreck, etc.
LOL. I'm over 50 days on all three save slots. And you definitely run out of either bullets or powder by then. I'll have to shoot myself and start fresh. I just hate to lose my awesome forts.
I understand now ^^ Adding crafting mechanics would be a great idea. Question is: Would this make the game heavier?
Whatever nowerdays VR technology or computer limits, let's not start a debate about dev details, I was just asking a question... unless you are a VR developper ^^
Guys, honestly, just play INTO THE RADIUS 1 and please explain to me how come there's an absolute mind blowing quantity of different gameplay mechanics (guns reload/shooting, smoking cigarettes - never start smoking IRL <3, eating, drinking, buying, missions, backpack storage management, ennemies, anomalies, cycle of day, lights), lots of object/weapons/food with each one's physics, etc.
Please understand my point: After playing a lot of VR games, a game such as Bootstrap Island feels poor on gameplay, storage, carriage, grabbing, etc.
No offense, I LOVE this game, I just wonder why there's a gap between BI and some existing games. Is it due to the world size limitation? (another question ^^)
@MaruVR why don't you work with the dev who made Memories from beyond a coral sea? Just sayin' <3
