My anti-virus is flagging this as a trojan, is this a false positive?

I'm having fun with the game. But I've hit that wall I always hit in shmups, where it gets just too difficult to continue. I'd hate to just stop, since I'm loving the pixel artwork and want to see it all. I feel like an easy or even casual mode where the enemy count is limited or more lives are given would help greatly....

Are all the ladies simply nude or is there some more? I mean, its aliens, tentacles, and theres no tentacle seggs? Feels weird.
